      本公司針對不同應用行業的特點,進行膜材料設計和工藝過程設計,更具專業化和實用化;公司技術中心和技術依托單位(耐火材料與冶金國家重點實驗室和國家環境保護礦冶資源利用與污染控制重點實驗室)建有完善的膜表征和應用評價系統,有XRD、BET、SEM、孔徑分布測定儀、ICP、TOC、IR、HLPC、GC等系列檢測和分析手段,同時每年培養碩博士研究生4-6名,不斷研究和創新滲透氣化膜材料和應用領域;到目前,擁有近300套溶劑滲透氣化膜工業化案例(包括溶劑脫水和膜法VOCs脫除;單套年處理能力達到20萬噸;成品水含量最低可到200ppm以內);國內首創廢溶劑提純成色譜級或梯度級整體解決方案,目前已有多個廢溶劑提純到色譜級或梯度級工程案例。

    技術原理Technical Principle

      1、篩分原理

      滲透氣化無機膜采用分子篩作為膜層材料(核心分離膜層),利用其規則的孔道實現不同組分間分子尺寸的分離,A型分子篩滲透氣化無機膜是通過A型分子篩晶體在管式陶瓷多孔支撐體上生長形成一層緊密堆積的膜層,孔徑約為4.1A,大于水分子的動力學直徑(~2.9A)而小于有機溶劑分子直徑,對水分子表現出良好的擇形選擇性。

      2、親水性原理

      分子篩骨架中硅鋁含量(Si/Al=1)使其具有極強的親水性,使得A分子篩滲透氣化無機膜特別適用于有機溶劑脫水。在滲透氣化無機膜脫水過程中,含水有機溶劑經預熱后進入膜組件進料側,而滲透側采用抽真空方式維持一個低壓環境(絕壓1000Pa以內)。在進料側,水分子優先吸附于膜表面,在膜兩側水蒸氣分壓差推動下透過膜,并在膜滲透側氣化為水蒸氣。經分離操作后,膜進料側出口得到無水有機溶劑產品,而滲透側組分經冷凝后去廢水處理。
